北京郵電大學(xué)世紀(jì)學(xué)院 培養(yǎng)數(shù)字科技領(lǐng)域英才
北京郵電大學(xué)世紀(jì)學(xué)院2005年經(jīng)教育部批準(zhǔn)成立,是北京郵電大學(xué)與社會(huì)力量按照新的機(jī)制和新的辦學(xué)模式合作舉辦的全日制本科普通高校,是教育部直屬高校在京舉辦的第一所獨(dú)立學(xué)院。
學(xué)院位于延慶區(qū)康莊鎮(zhèn),現(xiàn)有校園占地503畝,建有充足的教學(xué)及輔助用房,獨(dú)棟的圖書館大樓及實(shí)驗(yàn)樓。圖書館藏書56.23萬余冊(cè),電子圖書39.54萬余冊(cè),音視頻2776小時(shí),能夠充分滿足學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)需要。
學(xué)院授課教師由北京郵電大學(xué)選派的教師、學(xué)院專職教師、外聘教師(含剛從高校退休的教師、業(yè)內(nèi)相關(guān)的工程技術(shù)人員)組成。學(xué)院現(xiàn)有專任教師204人,具有高級(jí)職務(wù)教師占專任教師的比例達(dá)34.8%。
學(xué)院錨定“數(shù)字科技”領(lǐng)域的“高水平應(yīng)用型大學(xué)、特色鮮明工程師學(xué)院”辦學(xué)定位和目標(biāo),立足于電子信息領(lǐng)域,以通信工程、電子信息工程等電子信息類專業(yè)為重點(diǎn),以數(shù)字媒體類專業(yè)為特色,建成了涵蓋工、管、文、藝4個(gè)學(xué)科的專業(yè)理論教學(xué)體系、實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系和素質(zhì)教育體系。學(xué)院現(xiàn)設(shè)有通信與信息工程系、自動(dòng)化系、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)系、經(jīng)濟(jì)管理系、藝術(shù)與傳媒學(xué)院、外語(yǔ)系、基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)部7個(gè)教學(xué)單位,共有通信工程、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)工程、物流工程、機(jī)械電子工程、自動(dòng)化、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)、軟件工程、電子商務(wù)、財(cái)務(wù)管理、數(shù)字媒體藝術(shù)、數(shù)字媒體技術(shù)、傳播學(xué)、英語(yǔ)等13個(gè)在招專業(yè),擁有5個(gè)北京市一流本科專業(yè)建設(shè)點(diǎn),在校生近4000人。
學(xué)院建有院級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)中心7個(gè),各中心下設(shè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室90間,可開1400余個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目。經(jīng)過近20年的建設(shè)和發(fā)展,數(shù)字媒體實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)中心、工程教育訓(xùn)練中心、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)商務(wù)管理實(shí)驗(yàn)中心先后被評(píng)為“北京高等學(xué)校實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)示范中心”,學(xué)院成為國(guó)內(nèi)獨(dú)立學(xué)院中少有的獲得3個(gè)省市級(jí)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)示范中心稱號(hào)的高校。學(xué)院依托3個(gè)市級(jí)示范中心,建立了通信工程綜合實(shí)訓(xùn)基地、網(wǎng)絡(luò)工程綜合實(shí)訓(xùn)基地、機(jī)器人綜合實(shí)訓(xùn)基地、經(jīng)濟(jì)管理綜合實(shí)訓(xùn)基地、數(shù)字媒體綜合實(shí)訓(xùn)基地等5個(gè)校內(nèi)綜合實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)基地,1個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)大學(xué)生校外實(shí)踐教育基地,1個(gè)北京市級(jí)校外人才培養(yǎng)基地和1個(gè)北京市高等學(xué)校示范性校內(nèi)創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐基地,滿足了學(xué)生專業(yè)應(yīng)用能力培養(yǎng)的需要。
學(xué)院先后與華為、中信科移動(dòng)、中國(guó)移動(dòng)、中國(guó)郵儲(chǔ)等60余家企業(yè)簽訂了實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn)基地協(xié)議書,派出學(xué)生進(jìn)入企業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)實(shí)訓(xùn),在企業(yè)導(dǎo)師的指導(dǎo)下完成畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì);派出教師參加企業(yè)的暑期實(shí)踐,保障了人才培養(yǎng)與專業(yè)行業(yè)的發(fā)展緊密結(jié)合。同時(shí),學(xué)院積極引進(jìn)企業(yè)資源進(jìn)入校園,培養(yǎng)符合通信領(lǐng)域新技術(shù)人才需求的專業(yè)人才,與華為信息科技有限公司共建華為信息與網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)學(xué)院(ICT學(xué)院)。學(xué)院持續(xù)實(shí)施校企合作、產(chǎn)教融合戰(zhàn)略,打造人才培養(yǎng)新范式。設(shè)立數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)特設(shè)班,實(shí)行校企雙導(dǎo)師制,共建實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地,全面提升人才培養(yǎng)效能;與中信科移動(dòng)通信技術(shù)股份有限公司共建“智聯(lián)通信技術(shù)學(xué)院”,打造特色鮮明、產(chǎn)業(yè)適配的通信技術(shù)人才培養(yǎng)高地;與著名科學(xué)家、中國(guó)科學(xué)院大學(xué)教授呂述望共同創(chuàng)立“呂望數(shù)字安全研究院”,聚焦低空經(jīng)濟(jì)、數(shù)字網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全與智能科技領(lǐng)域前沿技術(shù),培養(yǎng)跨學(xué)科跨專業(yè)的復(fù)合型人才;與南京思柏瑞信息科技有限公司聯(lián)合建立“數(shù)字鄉(xiāng)村研究中心”,推動(dòng)數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)與實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)深度融合,助力鄉(xiāng)村振興;與中國(guó)郵政集團(tuán)延慶分公司、北京八達(dá)嶺文旅集團(tuán)簽署戰(zhàn)略合作協(xié)議,充分發(fā)揮地緣優(yōu)勢(shì),加強(qiáng)校地一體化建設(shè),推進(jìn)應(yīng)用型人才培養(yǎng),服務(wù)屬地經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。
學(xué)院立足本科教育,拓展國(guó)際合作,積極探索“本科學(xué)歷教育+英語(yǔ)+專業(yè)證書+境外學(xué)習(xí)”的人才培養(yǎng)新模式,成為國(guó)內(nèi)第一所獲批加入雅思全球搜索引擎系統(tǒng)的中國(guó)高校,也是第一家獲得接受留學(xué)生資質(zhì)的北京地區(qū)的獨(dú)立學(xué)院。學(xué)院先后與美、加、英、法、德、西、芬、日、韓、馬來等國(guó)家的高等院校簽署了合作協(xié)議并實(shí)施了合作項(xiàng)目,對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行職業(yè)化和社會(huì)化訓(xùn)練。目前,學(xué)院已有400余人赴英、法、美、日、韓、芬、德、西班牙等國(guó)家進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)交流,已經(jīng)接受17批次留學(xué)生就讀。
學(xué)院師生學(xué)科競(jìng)賽成績(jī)顯著,截至目前,學(xué)生參與美國(guó)大學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)建模競(jìng)賽、北京市大學(xué)生節(jié)能節(jié)水低碳減排社會(huì)實(shí)踐與科技競(jìng)賽、北京市大學(xué)生ERP管理會(huì)計(jì)應(yīng)用決策大賽、中國(guó)國(guó)際大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新大賽、中國(guó)大學(xué)生工程實(shí)踐與創(chuàng)新能力大賽、首都高等學(xué)校乒乓球錦標(biāo)賽、首都高校觸式橄欖球錦標(biāo)賽等各類競(jìng)賽,共500余人次獲得國(guó)際獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)、400人次獲國(guó)家級(jí)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)、4582人次獲省部級(jí)獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng),獲獎(jiǎng)人次居同類院校前列。多位教師在全國(guó)大學(xué)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)大賽、全國(guó)高等院校英語(yǔ)教師教學(xué)基本功大賽、北京市青年教師“教學(xué)基本功”大賽、北京民辦教育園丁獎(jiǎng)、北京高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)基本功等比賽中獲獎(jiǎng),獲評(píng)北京市高等學(xué)校青年教學(xué)名師獎(jiǎng)、北京市教育系統(tǒng)“教書育人先鋒”。學(xué)院科研課題組主導(dǎo)制定的“手機(jī)(移動(dòng)終端)動(dòng)漫標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”“文化藝術(shù)AR呈現(xiàn)技術(shù)需求及應(yīng)用框架標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”“云游戲技術(shù)要求及參考架構(gòu)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”先后被國(guó)際電信聯(lián)盟正式批準(zhǔn)為國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。其中“手機(jī)(移動(dòng)終端)動(dòng)漫標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”被評(píng)價(jià)為“是文化領(lǐng)域中國(guó)科技、中國(guó)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)走向世界的重要標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”,團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi){借該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)獲得我國(guó)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的政府獎(jiǎng)最高獎(jiǎng)——中國(guó)文化藝術(shù)政府獎(jiǎng)第三屆動(dòng)漫獎(jiǎng)“最佳動(dòng)漫技術(shù)獎(jiǎng)”;“云游戲技術(shù)要求及參考架構(gòu)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)”則是全球首個(gè)云游戲與5G移動(dòng)邊緣計(jì)算相結(jié)合的國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
學(xué)院16屆畢業(yè)生平均就業(yè)率達(dá)96%,4900余人就職于國(guó)有企事業(yè)單位,1200余人考取國(guó)內(nèi)外碩士研究生。學(xué)院成立創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中心,積極探索提煉了“敢創(chuàng)、會(huì)創(chuàng)、促創(chuàng)、孵創(chuàng)”四維一體的雙創(chuàng)教育培養(yǎng)模式,打造特色的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育體系,夯實(shí)由學(xué)院實(shí)驗(yàn)室和雙創(chuàng)基地組成的創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐體系,為全院學(xué)生提供分層分級(jí)的創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。中心下設(shè)13間創(chuàng)新工作室與2個(gè)學(xué)生社團(tuán),學(xué)生發(fā)表多篇國(guó)際高水平學(xué)術(shù)論文,申請(qǐng)授權(quán)多項(xiàng)專利及計(jì)算機(jī)軟件著作權(quán),組織參加國(guó)內(nèi)外知名學(xué)科競(jìng)賽與創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽,成功案例不斷涌現(xiàn),培育出首都高校學(xué)生最喜愛的社團(tuán)“創(chuàng)業(yè)社”。
隨著學(xué)院的建設(shè)和發(fā)展,學(xué)院得到了社會(huì)認(rèn)可度及美譽(yù)度不斷提升,在校友網(wǎng)中國(guó)獨(dú)立學(xué)院排名綜合類中逐年上升至第8位,先后多次榮獲騰訊、新浪、人民網(wǎng)等媒體“高水平獨(dú)立學(xué)院”“中國(guó)社會(huì)影響力獨(dú)立學(xué)院”“品牌影響力獨(dú)立學(xué)院”稱號(hào),以及“中國(guó)動(dòng)漫游戲人才培養(yǎng)先進(jìn)單位”“全國(guó)青年創(chuàng)業(yè)教育年度先進(jìn)集體”“全國(guó)民辦高校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育示范學(xué)校文化建設(shè)獎(jiǎng)”“北京市大學(xué)生‘互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+’創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽優(yōu)秀組織獎(jiǎng)”等稱號(hào),并成功打造“北京市五四紅旗團(tuán)委”、國(guó)家新媒體產(chǎn)業(yè)基地動(dòng)漫創(chuàng)作及人才培訓(xùn)中心、國(guó)家安全生產(chǎn)宣傳教育數(shù)字產(chǎn)品研發(fā)基地、全國(guó)工業(yè)和信息化人才培養(yǎng)綜合服務(wù)平臺(tái)認(rèn)定測(cè)評(píng)中心、中國(guó)民辦教育學(xué)會(huì)高等教育專業(yè)委員會(huì)培訓(xùn)基地,多次獲得北京市安全系統(tǒng)集體嘉獎(jiǎng)及征兵先進(jìn)單位稱號(hào)。
建院以來,各級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)先后到學(xué)院視察指導(dǎo)工作,并對(duì)世紀(jì)學(xué)院依法辦學(xué)、規(guī)范管理、較高的教學(xué)水平、多層次的人才培養(yǎng)模式等方面給予了充分的肯定,特別是對(duì)學(xué)院為培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新精神和實(shí)踐能力所做的探索給予了高度評(píng)價(jià)。

The Promotion and Development of Digital Technology Talent at CCBUPT
Century College of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CCBUPT) is a fully accredited undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education. It operates under innovative frameworks and pedagogical models. Furthermore, it stands as the pioneering independent college established in Beijing by a university directly affiliated with the Ministry of Education, and it is strategically located in the picturesque Yanqing District in the northwestern region of the capital city.
CCBUPT utilizes the superior resources of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and aligns with the requirements of regional economic development as the guiding principles for specialty establishment. It aims to the school-running orientation and objective of becoming a “high-level application-oriented university and an engineer college with distinctive features” within the field of “digital technology”. With its foundation in the electronic information field, it places emphasis on majors such as Communication Engineering and Electronic Information Engineering while highlighting digital media majors. It has developed a comprehensive system for professional theoretical teaching, practical teaching, and quality education that encompasses four disciplines: engineering, management,humanities,andarts.Additionally,it proudly offers five top-tier undergraduate program construction sites at the municipal level in Beijing.

CCBUPT places particular emphasis on the four “new infrastructure” elements within education and teaching, as well as the overall working framework of holistic student development. With the objective of cultivating applied-oriented talents who achieve comprehensive growth in morality, intelligence, physical fitness, aesthetics, and labor skills, and whose knowledge, abilities, and qualities are in harmonious coordination, and who possess an innovative spirit and robust practical capabilities, it has developed a comprehensive education and teaching system.
CCBUPT is strongly committed to the establishment of high-level scientific research and practice bases. It possesses excellent scientific research conditions and experimental facilities. Specifically, it encompasses three Experimental Teaching Demonstration Centers of Beijing Higher Education Institutions, one National Off-campus Practical Education Base for College Students, one Beijing Municipal Off-campus Talent Cultivation Base, one Demonstrative On-campus Innovative Practice Base of Beijing Higher Education Institutions, and one Platform for Deep Collaborative Education of Industry, University and Research among Beijing Universities.
Furthermore, it has established seven college-level experimental teaching centers, five comprehensive on-campus internship and training bases, and 61 off-campus internship and training bases. Additionally, it has undertaken multiple projects of the National Social Science Fund and Science and Technology Support Projects.
CCBUPT has actively participated in international cooperation and exchanges. With a strong emphasis on undergraduate education, it has been expanding its global perspective and actively exploring an innovative talent cultivation model that integrates “undergraduate degree education, foreign languages proficiency, overseas courses and exchange programs”.
It holds the distinction of being the inaugural Chinese university to be incorporated into the IELTS Global Recognition System, the pioneering independent college in Beijing to acquire the qualification for enrolling international students, and the first institution to obtain approval from the Ministry of Education to conduct Chinese-foreign cooperative education programs.
Successively, it has entered into cooperation agreements with institutions of higher education in various countries and regions, including the United States of America, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Finland, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Malaysia, and Taiwan Province of China. The number of individuals who have pursued study and exchange opportunities abroad exceeds 400, while the admission of international students has been successfully conducted for 17 consecutive batches.
CCBUPT has successfully cultivated a large number of students who are widely employed in government departments, domestic and international industrial enterprises. Additionally, they actively pursue postgraduate studies in prestigious universities both domestically and internationally, while also venturing into multifaceted independent entrepreneurial endeavors. Many of these individuals have emerged as exceptional talents or the core driving force within various industries, thereby making significant contributions to the advancement of science and technology, cultural education, economic development, and social progress.
Looking ahead, CCBUPT will adhere to connotative construction, education with distinctive characteristics, and integrated development.
